Clinic Quality Issues Survey

 Nurse-practitioner-staffed clinics are sprouting up in drugstores all over Kansas City. The Medical Society of Johnson and Wyandotte Counties (MSJWC) is interested in learning about any quality issues related to these practitioners.  For instance, we have learned of a corneal ulcer case missed in one of these clinics. 

Please contact the MSJWC office at 913.432.9444 to submit details of any cases you have seen from these clinics for which you have a quality concern.  We would like to know the clinic name, the diagnosis, and the quality concern, but we DO NOT want to know patient names or other confidential information. You may also use the form below to report your experiences with Nurse-practitioner-staffed clinics.
